Since Hemichordata are able to regenerate, some species take advantage ofthat. One example is the case of the Terebra dislocata that feed from onerenewable part of the body of Balanoglossus aurantiacus (Marques, undated).However, there is no information about Balanoglossuscarnosus ecological associations.
